Planning is essential to any successful design and is really about protecting the investment you are making into each project.
The plans developed prior to construction are more important than anything done once construction begins. Rather than having the headache of managing each design and construction decision, many homeowners choose to hire a professional design and construction team like us to manage every detail from concept to completion. Our process is designed to create a functional, beautiful, high quality spaces for your home but to make the experience of the design and construction process as fun and relaxing as possible!
STEP 1
Give us a call! We want to talk with you to hear about your project. During that phone call we can setup an Initial Consultation meeting in your home. During this meeting a designer will talk with you and evaluate your project to discuss some ideas about what can be done and some ballpark prices based on similar projects.
STEP 2
During this step we want to take an in-depth look at what your construction costs will be. We will also get accurate budget numbers for your finishes and fixtures needed to complete your project. We will then present these costs to you so you can make educated decisions of how you want to spend your money for your project. This step allows us to determine a final budget and scope of work for the project.
STEP 3
Once the budget and scope of work are determined in Step 2, we will be able to move forward to Step 3 which allows us to complete the design process and finalize all the selections, details, and drawings for your project. During this process the vision for your new design will come to life. Completing design before construction allows us to stay on schedule and on budget throughout construction. With design complete, construction begins!
